Background
Since TBCS's inception in 1989, we have sustained steady growth. We have increased our sales and production force and doubled our inventory/warehousing space. We have also added additional departments to our repair and refurbishing operations.

Personnel
Our staff is focused on Star2Star^® and Nortel^® product lines. On these lines, our staff is consistently among the top sales reps. They can assist our customers with designing, adding, and expanding key systems, as well as voice mail systems. In addition to our sales staff, we have sales assistants, customer service representatives and telemarketers.

Our Production Department and Refurbishing Operation has an experienced staff including board level repair. We feel our refurbished products go beyond our customer's expectations. TBCS is so confidant of our repaired work, we offer a 12-month warranty.
